Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns and events to promot education related programs
- Manage the timeline and quality of the projects which cover planning, organizing, implementing and budget management
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Organise education related programs/ events including run-down, work-flow, set-up, logistics
- Implement the Group's SOP and brand initiatives and ensuring consistent directions, messages, content, communications etc
- Drive the development of marketing materials and creative assets, lead the collaboration with designers and copywriters and produce high quality deliverables
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development
- Manage the social media platform
- Perform any ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, business or other related disciplines
- 3 years' experience of developing marketing plans and organising campaigns
- Outgoing personality and good people management and interpersonal skills
- A good team player and willing to work under pressure
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel to mainland China
