About the company
Our client is a well-established and sizable banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with the business expansion, they are now looking for a (Senior) Product and Governance Manager for their Deposit Product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Deposit Product, you will be responsible for managing the deposit product portfolio and designing product procedures aiming at improving product efficiency and customer experience. You have to understand and monitor the product workflow and to ensure the process complying bank requirements, guidelines and regulations. You will do regular update on Deposit Protection Scheme and participate in digital streamline to enhance growth of deposit business. In addition, you are also required to lead a small team in carrying out new product procedures projects and to achieve deposit business target effectively.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder with majoring in Business Administration and other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in product governance with good knowledge in Deposit Product is definitely an advantage.
- Sound project skills and product workflow design is a must.
- Good analytical mind and able to work independent.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
