Our client is a well-known and highly reputable company in the retail sector who combines traditional and digital strategies to transform their business in Hong Kong and Greater China. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has arisen and they are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

About the Role

Reporting to the department head, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and roll out the latest ERP Cloud implementation strategies. Using best practices and help evolve the delivery framework to be scalable, extensible and resilient including functional and cross functional methodologies. Serve as a deployment expert, combining industry analysis, user feedback, and development knowledge to establish a product vision and solutions roadmap, delivering cross-platform solutions for Oracle Cloud Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suites and Oracle Finance system. Working with APAC and Global team on integration and reporting design, and data migration relating to Oracle ERP. Function as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all operational issues and requests. Lastly, manages all aspects of diverse, medium to moderately complex technical projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, MIS, Accounting, or relevant discipline
  • At least four years of experience in managing financial systems operations (specifically Oracle ERP Fusion system will be a plus)
  • Have enough knowledge of procurement business and its operations to evaluate and question the requirements and be able to make suggestions
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) application will be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which may involve pivots/directional changes
  • Capability to support multiple projects with strict deadlines concurrently while providing daily business supports
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
