Our client is a listed conglomerate with good reputation, they are currently looking for a Senior Manager for their Group Research team.
About the Role
- Lead the group level research team for both quantitative and qualitative research projects as requested from different BU
- Lead the team & manage all the regular customer research project & report as well as the ad hoc research projects to provide findings and recommendations for different business units within the Group
- Liaise and coordinate with external vendors/agencies to conduct quantitative and qualitative market research projects
The Successful Candidate
- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computing or a related discipline
- Practical experience in quantitative & qualitative research experience with at least 5 years at managerial level
- Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, good work ethnic with positive attitude
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, stakeholders management and project management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
