About The Client
Our client is a renowned commercial company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Senior/Data Analyst to join their team.
Job Description
- Perform data analytical tasks across customer demographics and segmentation to strengthen customer targeting
- Generate market data from salesforce CRM, evaluate loyalty program/business performance result and advise actionable insight to management
- Utilize Python, SQL and Power to analyse large data sets and dashboard building
- Work closely with internal sales, after sales and other teams to drive data-driven decision-making processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout all analysis processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in conducting statistical customer analysis and dashboard creation, preferably in retail industry
- Proficient in data modeling and data visualization using SQL, Python and PowerBI
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud) is an absolute advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of data sensitivity and privacy
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
