Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daiily restaurant operations, e.g. prepare mise-en-place, table set up, maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant, food runner, taking orders, and food service, etc.
- Handle guest bookings and enquiries, meet and greet guest in a professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
- Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our guests in the restaurant
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the F&B industry, preferably with fine dininng restaurant experience from Hotel / Club House
- Initiative and good customer service skills
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Immediately available is highly preferable
