Senior Manager (Contract, Finance shared service)
- Shared service for Finance & HR operations
- Managerial exp in luxury or sizable org
- Regional exposure in top-tier luxury brand
- 6-month contract, up to $85-95k
Responsibilities
- Drive the planned projects are on track as per plan and report out any deviation. Work out the remediation actions with the leads and follow through
- Plan and drive the new ERP upgrade readiness activities in APAC. Work closely with our Head of Finance Business Services and the project team
- Co-work with Head of Finance and HR Business Services in all regular market check-in meetings, summarized the meeting minutes and follow up any agreed action points
- Review all dashboard under FBS and HRBS and provide a monthly executive summary for Head of Business Services. Follow up any actions taken by both FBS and HRBS leads to ensure we deliver the right level of services to markets
- Co-lead with Senior Governance & Performance manager to prepare, review business services budget/forecast and meet the deadline of submission
- Plan and drive Business Services townhall and Business Services newsletter issuance together with our Senior Governance & Performance manager
- Assist Head of Business Services to drive the right culture in the team following our North Star
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 8 years working experience, inclusive of 5 years of managerial experience.
- Worked in Shared Service Center is an advantage.
- Solid expertise / operational know-how of processes
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. The ability to speak Mandarin or other Asian language are an advantage.
- Strong strategic mindset, logical and able to connect the dot from varies information to create business impact
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Strong communication/presentation capability and able to work with different characteristics and personalities of team members through conversations.
- People oriented and able to drive for the result.
