Our client is one of the top luxury fashion brands and currently looking for a (Assistant) Store Manager to manage the high traffic store.
About the Role :
- Monitor the sales performance in store
- Motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve KPI
- Support in-store events to build customer relationship
- Review operational strategy for improvement
- Ensure smooth store operations
The Successful Candidate :
- Minimum 10 years of related retail luxury experience of which 2 years at supervisory level
- Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
