Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store-in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store
- Perform individual sales target and guide the team to achieve the target
- Ensure store operates efficiently and effectively and in compliance of company standard
- Stock and roster management
- Conduct coaching sessions with front line staff to review performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience in which at least 1 years at management level
- Good team work and team management skill
- Good execution and good communication skill
