Responsibilities
- Contact potential business clients via telephone
- Provide detailed information about the company's products
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close sales to complete orders
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Working Schedule
- 5 days per week, Working hours: 09:00-18:00
