About The Client
Our client is a reputable retail company and they are seeking for System Manager to join their IT team.
Job Description
- Responsible for supply chain and warehouse system implementation, integration and support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to understand system requirements and ensure business goals alignment
- Analyst business requirements, research and identify areas of improvement of current system
- Manage and manage data flow to ensure data accuracy and improve system process
- Work closely with IT teammates, project teams and vendor to deliver result meeting with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and improvement in WMS and OMS, recommending innovative solution and best practices
- Perform UAT, issue log and troubleshooting when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing SCM, WMS and OMS, preferably working at retail industry
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes such as inventory management, order fulfillment, distribution, logistic...etc.
- Proficient in MS SQL and Oracle database
- Knowledge in Tableau, API EDI integration, other reporting tools is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
