Our client is a well-known retail group in Hong Kong and they are now looking for System Support Specialist to join the team.
Job Description
- Responsible for ERP D365 system implementation, enhancement and process improvement
- Gather and identify user requests, and provide daily user support
- Be the key interface between internal users and vendor, to resolve the technical issues and achieve business needs
- Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure system operation efficiency
- Prepare user guideline and assist in user training when needs
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or Business administration related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business analyst or system support, preferably at retail industry
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 or F&O is highly preferred
- Sound knowledge in SQL
- High ability to work with all business level with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-organized, good team player with good documentation skills
- Good command in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
