About the Client
We are representing a french jewellery brand with strong global presence. Due to the business expansion, they are seeking for a fast-paced Talent Acquisition Officer to support the store opening projects across the globe.
About the role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Proactively source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, social media and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years recruitment / talent acquisition experience, ideally from retail/ FMCG/ F&B industries
- Candidates from recruitment agency is welcome
- Familiar with human resources practice and well-versed in employment ordinance
- Motivated, independent and with positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Occasional travel may require due to global recruitment projects
