About Our Client
We are representing a well-known orginsation with various award-wining business/ projects. They also have world-wide business presence in Hong Kong, China, Europe and United States. Due to the business growth, they are looking for an agile Talent Development Manager to join the team.
About the Role
- Contributes to the development and implementation of a system-wide talent management and organisational development strategy including assessment, design and implementation
- Conduct learning needs assessment and plan the training calendar, in partnership with the CoE
- Execute in partnership with HR Business Partners and other HR partners on performance management and facilitate talent review process
- Assisting with design and execution of talent management, leadership development, and organisational development (OD) projects and core processes
- Collecting and analysing data to understand needs, diagnose issues, and define pragmatic solutions
- Working with the Senior Manager to deploy enterprise Talent/OD programs and execute change initiatives
- Responsible for culture and engagement activities such as town hall, annual dinner and any related activities
- Assist in the HRIS and LMS implementation projects
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience in training and talent development, and staff engagement
- Demonstrate experience in conducting needs assessments, designing and developing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness, as well as staff engagement events
- Motivated, innovative and passionate
- With strong stakeholders and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS
- Good command of English, Chineses and Cantonese
