We are representing a well-established organization, and looking for a Talent Development Manager focus on campus and management trainee program.
About the Role
While reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will:
- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies and management trainee program
- Communicate closely with the business heads on planning and executing young talent succession initiatives
- Foster and maintain relationships with universities and education organisation partners
- Organize and participate career fairs and related MT recruitment activities
- Manage and forecast budget for management review
- Assist in any HR projects if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in training and talent management, with solid experience on campus and management trainee program
- PRC experience would be a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, design and video editing software
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Occasionally travel to China is required
