About the company
Our client is a start up digital stocks trading platform with headquartered in US. With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Settlement and Operations team of their Hong Kong office.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Settlement and Operations, you will lead a small team in managing settlement and operations of various investment products, including equity (HK, US and Asia stocks), funds, options, fixed income and futures. You have to conduct settlement functions and perform booking record in system properly (CCASS, DCASS). You are required to establish operation flow framework and monitor dispute management in transactions to ensure the smooth operation. In addition, you need to participate in system projects and other regulatary related tasks to achieve business objectives.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7-10 years in securities settlement and operations (on local and overseas stocks) in financial firms required.
- Excellent knowledge in managing CCASS & DCASS system, operation flow and related regulatory guidelines.
- Good analytical mind, communication skills and people management.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Occasionally working on holiday may be required.
