- Handle all telephone calls in a professional manner
- Greet & direct visitors and serve tea
- Ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers for both local and overseas (if any)
- Assist on any ad hoc office admin. duty
- Diploma or above.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner.
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Five Day Work, 09:00-18:00
- Causeway Bay
