About the Client
Our Client is a Hong Kong-based premier educational institute on a mission to help students bridge their educational gaps and pave their unique paths to primary, secondary schools, and universities. Serving students aged 7-20, they provide a wide range of educational offerings, including skill-based enrichment courses, academic enhancements, exam prep, and admissions guidance for boarding schools and universities in the UK and US. They are now looking for a United States University Consultant to join their ever growing team.
About the role
To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations. Offer impartial advice to customers, matching their needs, and turn them into study or career plans. To support in education exhibitions, school visits, seminars and day-to-day operations on all aspects of marketing and promoting overseas education. Be a productive and effective member of office team and support the office manager through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit. Last but not least, support customer services calls and resolve customer inquiry with suitable solutions.
Requirements
- Overseas degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the international education industry
- Degree holders from US is preferred
- High sense of responsibility and passionate towards providing high quality services
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive and spirited for customer service
- Demonstrated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working with CRM system will be desirable
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
