WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the team-members to handle and plan daily warehouse operation, manpower management
- Develop warehouse operation's target for warehouse members through regular KPI review
- Organize work duties of warehouse staff on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse
- Oversee order placement, distribution and order management to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Set up policies and procedures to supervise warehouse operation process
- Plan and execute new initiatives to improve process flow efficiency & accuracy
- Maintain a good relationship and effective communication with internal and external parties
- Perform ad hoc tasks, as necessary
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 4-5 years in warehouse, with a demonstrated maturity level and technical competence
- Capable of overseeing at least 30-40 staff assigned to him / her
- Able to supervise various working processes simultaneously
- Highly disciplined, independent, resilient, self-motivated, service oriented, Positive can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able schedule, prioritize work and staffing required to achieve daily objectives
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience of SAP is preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Warehouse Officer and training will be provided
