About The Client
Our client is a reputable bank in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a seasoned HRIS specialist to join as the deputy function head. 10-15+ years of relevant experience from financial services sector; and expertise around PeopleSoft HRMS / SAP Success Factor highly regarded.
About The Role
Leading a small team, you would be responsible for:
- Process streamlining and system migration as part of the bank's upcoming HR transformation process
- Act as the project leader to facilitate project plans and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee business processes, UAT testings and arrange training manuals and documentation as required
- Work closely with internal users and stakeholders on troubleshooting, and any system maintenance or enhancement initiatives
- Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
- 10-15+ years of HRIS experience acquired form sizeable corporates, financial services a plus
- Expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS and/or SAP Success Factor highly regarded
- Prior experience on system implementation/migration will be essential for this role
- Proven leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
- Immediate available an advantage
