About The Client
Our client is a professional services firm with global presence. They are looking for a Talent Management Consultant to join as part of their Talent & Leadership Development team to help shape and deliver a variety of talent management and development projects.

About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Talent & Leaderhsip, you will work closely with business unit heads and leadership team whereby:

- Look after a wide range of high-profile projects, including talent management programmes aimed at diverse employees, this would include leadership/executive development, succession planning, executive coaching, culture change, diversity & inclusion etc.

- Work with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership teams, people business partners and learners on the programmes, working collaboratively to scope and deliver new talent-related activities aligned with the business' people strategy: through this to help talents grow and develop, support the business in making sure they can retain, grow and manage the workforce as effectively as possible

- Lead on talent management programme; shape how the business design, approach and deliver impactful programmes to accelerate talent development and make sure they grow and retain great people with the right skills, also manage internal and external relationships effectively to understand needs, develop flexible plans, execute effectively and measure impact

- Support a wider range of talent management activities in relation to performance development, workforce planning and the diversity and inclusion objectives

Requirements
To qualify, you will have a relevant set of professional skills and knowledge that could come from a range of backgrounds - including HR, Psycyhology or Business Administration. With previous experience of successfully managing and delivering projects, you'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effectively working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Evidence of relevant transferable skills developed working in a diverse and complex organisations, and/or talent management projects experience working for professional / consulting firms are advantageous.

Proficiency in English and Chinese required.
