Our client is a well-established U.S based pharmaceutical company. They are now looking for an Admin Assistant to support their office for administration and events coordination.
About the Role
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Department, you are responsible to coordinate logistics arrangement and support even operational plans for talks, conferences, meetings and workshops. Also to coordinate all the travelling arrangements for overseas speakers. Last but not least, to support admin duties, including receptionist duties, courier and incoming calls handling.
About the Person
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative
- Have experience in handling events coordination
- Good communication skills and can work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
