Our client is a MNC and looking for a Administrative & Market Research Officer to support admin work and marketing research for the Regional Marketing Department
Responsibilities:
- Assist the department head in managing agenda and schedules on a day-to-day basis
- Organize and manage logistics of inter-team seminars & activities, considering the location and travel circumstances of each team member.
- Manage business travels with appointed travel agency, ensuring smooth process from options screening, implementing booking with agency, and responding to ad-hoc changes as required.
- Provide administrative support & budget coordination when required.
- Assist the Marketing APAC team in research & analysis, including market/consumer insight, and communications projects
Job Requirements
- A Degree holder with at least 1-2 years' experience in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline; Fresh Graduates with strong communication skills with also be considered
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing, with strong command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin;
- Familiar with Chinese social media;
- Occasionally work outside of regular office hours to accommodate the needs of the Marketing Team.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
