Job Description

HR Assistant (8-month contract, up to $30k)

  • Private bank, APAC team
  • L&D & HR project coordination
  • Junior role, 2 years+ related exp
  • Location: Central

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of wellness and D&I programme
  • Support in project planning, coordination and implementation of HR transformation initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards using Power BI
  • Enhance employee communication by creating engaging contents, visually appealing and informative infographics, presentation, and other graphic design materials
  • Assist in administration and implementation of talent development programme
  • Assist in market compensation benchmarking exercise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Good communication skills with fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in graphic design to develop engaging newsletter, poster and other materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated, determined and committed to take responsibilities.
