About Our Client

Our client is a well-established retailers, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer specialising in front-line recruitment for a retail environment.



About The Role:

  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for front-line positions.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and facilitate the negotiation of employment terms.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training coordination.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the front-line recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.





The Successful Applicant:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years or above experiences in end-to-end recruitment, specifically for front-line positions in a retail environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
