About The Client
Our client is one of the leading conglomerate businesses in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring a HR Manager to support their Marketing Services business portfolio (with a population of around 200 pax). Targeting agile calibre with experience from similar industries to join and build an impact!

About The Role
As one of the HR Managers working within the HR Business Partnering team, you will:

- Support a range of business stakeholders delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Take initiation to create and implement a People Plan for the designated business area, with actions that support the delivery of the overall People Strategy. Main focus areas will be organization design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention and development to support succession planning. Along with supporting function heads to proactively manage employee relation issues
- Collaborate with colleagues within HR department to deliver transformational change projects and act as a visible advocate for the business' purpose and values, creating an environment where the EVP are demonstrated consistently. This will feed into identifying and building best practice frameworks, solutions, processes and tools that can be used in the business to enhance people/ business performance to achieve business vision.

Requirements
- Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles within fast-paced and complex businesses
- Experience partnering with various Head Office functions and senior business stakeholders
- Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer centric service or retail environment
- Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
- Able to shape & lead initiatives / change projects
- Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
- Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese would be required
- Immediate available candidates highly regarded
