About the Client
A long standing and reputable Banking operator with a proven track record of success across Hong Kong and China is now looking to strengthen its HR team by bringing on a high calibre individual to join them as the Head of HR Business Partner.
About the Role
- To act as a senior HR Business Partner and provide professional HR advice and solutions to designated business units and its respective leaders
- Drive people strategy and development by providing advice on succession planning, talent identification and career development as well as employee engagement enhancement
- Co-lead recruitment initiatives to support the business and to develop and implement strategic manpower planning to support company growth
- Drive and engage key stakeholders for growth through effective remuneration policies and programs
- To review existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best-practice operation
- To prepare various analysis and reports for management review
- To participate in any HR projects as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management and or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a true HR business partner with solid exposure in different areas of HR services
- Proven track record of success in the area of HR advisory gained from the Banking sector
- Good knowledge on Human Resources Management practices, labour market trend and Human Resources Management related legislations
- Self-motivated, creative, detailed-minded and have the initiative to deliver the best quality of work
- Highly agile and flexible, and able to deal with ambiguity
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
