About the Client
Our client is a US headquartered corporation within Manufacturing industry with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. They are now looking to strengthen their team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent to join them as a Senior Human Resources Manager, Asia, overseeing over 4 markets in APAC.
About the role
- Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
- Use experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
- Setting up HR policies, framework and systems in over 3 overseas markets in APAC
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans
- Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization
- Assist in building strong talent pipelines
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of generalist / business partnering experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Excellent time management, organization and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Regional experience working with MNC is a MUST
