About the Client
An innovative and industry leading organization with a strong footprint across Hong Kong and China is currently seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Human Resources Director.
About the Role
- Lead to shape and implement the HR strategies and operating plans aligning with business strategy to ensure human capital capability to fulfill business requirements
- Design, plan and implement all HR related initiatives and strategies in accordance to people and organizational growth plans
- Be a HR focal point of business leaders in the areas of talent attraction, reward management, performance management, organization talent review, people development, succession planning etc.
- Provide inputs to HR Centers of Excellence to ensure the effective delivery of HR services
- Work closely with key stakeholders to build and maintain an effective working relationship while understanding their human capital needs to ensure the right resources are allocated timely and effectively
- Maintain up to date HR market trends with objective to uplift current practices within organization
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 18 years of professional experience in all round HR operations with strong exposure in Talent Acquisition and C&B is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
- Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent
- Takes ownership with good people management skills
- Logical, analytical with good business and numerical sense
- Strong attention details and ability to think ahead
- Prior experience working in a consultancy environment will be a definite advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
