About the Client
Our client is a well-established corporation within TMT sector with a strong track of success. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate talent to join them as the Assistant Human Resources and Admin Manager.
About the role
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs and exit interviews
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Oversee the administration of payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Manage office administrative tasks such as facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years related working experience gained from sizable corporations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent listening, influencing and coaching skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
