Our client is a sizable corporation with rapidly growing business within Retail sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Senior Talent Development Manager, overseeing both frontline and corporate staff.
About the role
- Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions.
- Partner with business leaders to design career ladder for all frontline staff and provide relevant support in learning for their development.
- Develop comprehensive plan to drive and promote corporate culture, covering both frontline and corporate population.
- Support the coordination of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance the organization's training offerings.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years L&D experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Solid understanding and be passionate about staff learning and development
- Independent, proactive and with problem solving skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
