Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration work of the training activities.
- Keep track of the training program schedule, nominations, program arrangement, logistics and resources to ensure effective delivery.
- Compile surveys, analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
- Collaborate with Business Units and stakeholders to implement learning and development programs.
- Maintain accurate records related to learning, assessment, and talent management activities.
- Prepare learning materials, including training decks and digital self-learning videos.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in supporting and coordinating Learning & Development programs in sizable organizations.
- Knowledge in Photoshop/ Illustrator/ video editing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and develop reports.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 5:30pm
