Our client is a well-known industry leader, they are looking for an experienced HRBP manager to join the dynamic team.
About the Role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities
- Work closely with business leaders on recruiting talents, providing guidance on talent management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development
- Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendation
- Manage and seek to resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in partnership with centre of excellence
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 10+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from multinational/ sizeable company
- Welcome for all-kind of industries background with agile and fast-paced personality
- Well-versed on local labour ordinance
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
