About Our Client
Our client is a well-established group within commercial sector, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator / Officer to join the team.
About The Role:
- Assist the L&D team to plan, organize, and coordinate training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of training calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant registrations.
- Maintain training records and databases to track employee participation and completion of training programs.
- Support the development and maintenance of e-learning platforms or learning management systems.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, participation rates, and program effectiveness.
- Liaise with HR teams to ensure alignment between L&D initiatives and overall talent development strategies.
- Communicate effectively with employees, trainers, and facilitators to address inquiries and provide support.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of above experience in administrative roles, preferably in a learning and development or HR capacity.
- Familiarity with learning management systems or online training platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent English and Cantonese
