Responsibilities:
- Work with the Training Manager to formulate and develop training plan
- Work with retail team on the training needs and develop training curriculum and cycle
- Review the performance of the retail team and give quality feedback for improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in training and people development in retail industry
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
