About Our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong based investment firm looking to hire a Admin Assistant or Secretary serve their CEO and to support the office administrative issues.
About The Role:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, screening and redirecting them as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient support to executives.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
The Successful Applicant:
- 3 years or above experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the financial or asset management industry.
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
