About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based investment firm looking to hire a Admin Assistant or Secretary serve their CEO and to support the office administrative issues.

About The Role:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for CEO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, screening and redirecting them as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient support to executives.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.

The Successful Applicant:

  • 3 years or above experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the financial or asset management industry.
  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
