About the Client
Our client is an award-winning organization supporting services via their global network. Currently, they are looking for an Analyst/ Assistant Manager to join their Treasury Department.
About the Role
- Responsible for medium term note programme update
- Assist in drafting the offering circular
- Liaise with legal counsels, investment bankers and fiscal agent on legal documentations
- Review daily cashflow
- Conduct analysis on monthly interest variance
- Execute and settle financing and FX transactions
- Collect market data for treasury reporting
- Upgrade and maintain treasury system
- Conduct financial assessment for special projects
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 3 - 8 years of relevant work experience from sizable corporations
- Straight Big4 (Banking & Financial Services) candidates will be considered for Analyst role
- Good understanding of treasury operations/ treasury products/ financing is an advantage
- Analytical, detail-minded, self-driven
- Strong report writing skills is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
