Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to support accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support financial decision-making
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or any equivalent qualifications
- CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
