Job Description Responsibilities · Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting · Ensure compliance with Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, and government regulations · Oversee the organization's contract management, including drafting and negotiating agreements · Implement and maintain effective office administration procedures and policies · Supervise and develop the administrative team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency · Provide support and liaise with external service providers to maintain the organization's infrastructure · Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and documents · Assist the management team with ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as needed Requirements · Degree holder in accounting/business discipline · Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in financial management / general administration/contract management · Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, government regulations and accounting practice · Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Chinese word processing) and use of accounting software and/ or computerized accounting system · Proven track records in office administration, and preferably with reasonable IT exposure in previous working environment; · Previous experience with NGOs and public organizations will be an added value.
