About our client
Our client is a listed consulting firm with a strong foundation in Hong Kong. With their rapid expansion, they are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team.
About the role
- Providing support on application and relevant technology to internal users, such as on ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.
- Handling requests related to the system, including system upgrade, migration, and integration
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver smooth business system operation
- Engaging in IT project management processes, such as user requirement analysis, vendor management, UAT, and follow-up training
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field
- 1- 3 years experience of relative working experience; Fresh grad with relevant experience is welcomed
- Experience in supporting applications in the office environment, such as CRM, HRIS
- Familiar with system integration & migration concept
- Knowledge in the IT infrastructure operation concept or experience in working with relevant vendors is preferred
- Familiar with application operation on macOS and SaaS environment is a plus
- Experience in SQL is a big PLUS
- Good analytics and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and project planning
- A good team player with a proactive attitude
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
