About The Client
Our client is a well-established retail company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a skilled System Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and extensive experience in ERP implementation and integration.
Job Description
- Lead the execution of ERP system implementation, enhancement, and maintenance
- Manage internal IT team and provide instructions for resolving and prioritizing application support issues
- Provide ongoing support for ERP and handle day-to-day business as usual activities
- Work closely with stakeholders, internal users and vendors to ensure the deliverables' quality
- Escalate and manage enhancement and evolution requests
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Computing or other related disciplines
- 7 years of working experience with 1-2 years in ERP implementation and integration, preferably working at supply chain, hospitality or catering industries.
- Proficient in Oracle EBS is highly preferred
- Familiar with finance, order management, warehousing, procurement functions
- Strong understanding of system design principles with solid programming background
- Proficiency in Oracle database management, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Java, Spring
- Solid team leadership experience with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese are required
