About our Client:
Our Client is a leading MNC in retail industry, they are looking for a ERP trainer to join their ERP team and responsible for global user training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees on the upgraded ERP system, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing the system effectively.
- Develop training materials such as user manuals, operation guides, and presentation slides to support the training process.
- Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to employees, addressing queries and resolving issues encountered during ERP usage.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system and collaborate on technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate the training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to the training content and approach based on feedback and performance results.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and recommendations on enhancing the ERP system and training programs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with strong communication skills and the ability to present training content effectively.
- 1-3 years of experience in ERP systems, with a solid understanding of ERP functionalities and operations.
- Experience in training roles, with a proven ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or relevant industry experience would be an advantage.
- Experience in project management or leading teams would be beneficial.
