About the Client:
Our client is a leading garment manufacturer with offices in Asia, the Europe and US with a need to hire an Application Support Specialist, responsible for application implementation and support on ERP manufacturing modules.
About the Role:
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for application support and implementation on ERP manufacturing modules including Product Information Management, BOM, Routing, Production Costing, etc. You will design, configure, test and deploy Datatex. You will work with vendors and developers to ensure timely design and testing of applications with use of application Forms/ Reports, System Interfaces and Data Conversion. You will assist technical support for Datatex and other applications.
The Successful Applicant:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or related disciplines.
- 4 years of experience with application support.
- Experience in Oracle EBS, CloudIO, and Oracle tools (Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Workflow).
- Experience with Datatex will be an advantage.
- Experience in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Quoting, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Human Resources and Finance modules will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
