Job Description
To cope with the business expansion, our client from retail industry is looking for a high calibre with multi-store experience to join their team as an Assistant Area Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee stores operations including VM standard, maintenance status and stock take issues
- Ensure the level of customer services is met with company's standard
- Monitoring P&L including staff cost and stock control
- Attend business meetings with upper management
- Work with internal departments for new projects
- Provide training and coaching to team members
- Set development plan for potential staff
Requirement
- At least 3 to 5 years of management experience from F&B ideally
- Excellent people management skill and open minded to new ideas
- Proactive, independent, detail mined with leadership presence
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel
- Willing to travel overseas when is required
