About our Client
Our client is a reputable conglomeate with strong business presence in Hong Kong and China. They are looking for an Assistant C&B Manager to join the team
About the Role
- Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll operaiton, MPF administration, attendance & leave management, final payment, taxation and benefits & insurance administration
- Participate in annual budgeting and performance management and insurance renewal exercises
- Support on C&B project such as salary/ bonus review and HR policy review
- Compile periodic HR reports and analysis for management review
- Participate in HR system migration project
- Assist in any adhoc duties if required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 5 years of experience in C&B operation, ideally from sizeable companies/ labour intensive industries
- Down-to-earth, agile and motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel)
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered a Senior Officer
