About the Company
Our client is one of the most well established entertainment organizations in Hong Kong with operations across Hong Kong and Greater China. With a vision to enhance customer engagement and experience, they are now seeking for an Assistant CRM Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will plan and implement customer programs including newsletters, eDM and mobile communications etc. You will propose offers for customer programs, source premium and handle redemption logistics. You will work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative design and copyrighting for promotion materials including editorial, posters, leaflets and videos etc. You will also assist in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in marketing or advertising
- Solid CRM experience in luxury and high-end industry
- Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
