About our Client

Our Client is a Well-known Food and Beverage group, currently looking for an Assistant CRM Manager to support their ever-growing team.

About the role

You will own, develop and implement CRM campaigns including recruitment, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs to drive member sales and member growth via online and offline channels including campaign flow design, A/B test activities, reporting, and optimization. Play a critical role in enabling the CRM strategy with the right tools and technology, including data analytics, reporting tools, and marketing automation. Develop and execute content strategies and lifecycle communications experience across multiple channels (web, app, social, email, SMS, MMS, etc.) and various touchpoints to elevate customer experiences. You will also partner with Product Marketing & Digital Marketing teams for campaign initiatives to acquire and retain customers. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and smooth delivery of CRM campaigns. Maximize the use of data, review customer behavior analysis, and monitor campaign performances on regular basis to drive member growth. Support e-commerce business initiatives to cultivate online engagement behaviors and drive sales. Last but not least, explore potential partnerships for new and high-potential customer recruitment.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of CRM experience in the Hospitality/ FMCG industry preferred
  • Excellent commercial and technical understanding across CRM, digital marketing, and e-commerce
  • The data-driven decision to experience good numerical and analytical skills
  • Able to understand consumer and business needs and translate them into actions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-tasks under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, organized with strong job ownership and good project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in engaging with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the RFM model and Tableau is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
