About Our Client
Our client is a renowned property developer which will bring an innovative shopping & office landmark to Hong Kong in 2023. They are now looking for Customer Service Specialists to support their concierge operation.
Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors
- Work closely with internal and external parties across the area of service provisioning, fault management, resolution
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries and feedback
- Provide recommendations to facilitate customer experience and drive for improvement on service standards and company image at the same time to convert sales/business growth
- Conduct regular service reviews with clients to promote efficiency, look for service improvements and seek further business opportunities
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with at least 2 years of solid customer service/relationship management experience
- Having pre-opening or CS experience in commercial buildings or shopping malls is an advantage but not a must
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Specialists
