About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and dynamic organization, they are now seeking for an Assistant HR Manager to join their HR team focus on business partnering and employee engagement initiatives.

About The Role:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating closely with them to understand their needs and provide HR guidance and support
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, interviewing, and making recommendations for hiring decisions
  • Proactively identify HR solutions to address business challenges and support the achievement of organizational goals
  • Advise and assist managers in various HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives and promote employee engagement
  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Develop and execute programs that promote employee recognition, team building, and work-life balance
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on business partnering or employee engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and influence decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and action
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
