Our client is a global leading retail brand and they are looking for Assistant Manager (Business Applications) to liaise with regional team on system implementation tasks.
Job Description
- Act as point of contact across global teams and lead the communication between users and vendors
- Lead full cycle project management include gap analysis, user requirement analysis and alignment
- Responsible for Salesforce CRM system and office automation application enhancement and maintenance
- Understand and execute the group IT strategies to ensure all systems and applications are aligned with policy and security standard
- Monitor and manage vendors to ensure the deliverables' quality
- Prepare documentation and hands-on in user support if need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience related to business analysis, preferably from retail or FMCG industry
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft platform and SQL server
- Knowledge in SQL, ETL and PowerBI will be an advantage
- PMP certificate is a plus
- Excellent in project management with proven experience in vendor management
- Ability to work with all business levels, good interpersonal skills
- MUST strong in both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluent in mandarin speaking
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Senior Business Analyst
